Southern Exposure: Performing Arts of Latin America

Southern Exposure is a national initiative that brings exemplary contemporary and traditional performing arts from Latin America to audiences across the United States.

Through a competitive grants process, the program supports touring projects that are collaboratively developed by presenter consortia.  The projects include performances and complementary activities that provide audiences with a greater appreciation for the artists’ work and of the cultures from which the work is derived.

Presenters may select dance, music and theater artists from the following countries:
